Shipping Information:

We want you to love your purchase and receive it in a timely manner. We will be operating Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm EST. All orders require a processing time of 1-3 business days (M-F) before they can be shipped out, regardless of which shipping service you choose. We will primarily be using UPS for all shipping needs, and the rate will be calculated using your shipping address. During peak seasons (holidays, sales, store openings, etc), processing may take additional time beyond the 1-3 business day window. We do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order. Please note that an order may not be edited or canceled once the order has been placed. All orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Wyld and Sweet will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

Returns: 

Returns are something we know will happen and we will try our best to help in any way we can. Returns will need to be within 30 days of order. In order to start a return you will need to email us at wyldandsweet@gmail.com and include in the subject line “Return” followed by the order number. If an order is received after 30 days we will not be able to accept it. All returned products must be in new condition meaning: unwashed, unworn, stain-free, smoke free,un-damaged, and with All tags still attached. If your order qualifies for return you will receive store credit via email once we have received the product and accepted the return. No refunds will be issued. Due to order volume and the high risk of sell outs we are not able to process exchanges. If you would like a different size we suggest you place another order before it sells out. For us to be able to bring you the cutest items sometimes we are not able to re-order. We will not accept any returns on sale items, toys, pacifiers, teethers, hats/hair accessories, and swim with missing attachments. Return costs are the customer's responsibility. We will not refund the original cost of shipping. It will also be at the discretion of Wyld & Sweet to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet these requirements. 

Damages:

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. If you contact us outside of that time frame we will no longer be able to process the return. All damaged goods will need to be submitted with a photo to be reviewed. Please indicate where the damage is located.

As a guide please use the following measurements below. Keep in mind every child is unique so please use this guide with caution. 

We recommend if you normally buy 4T you buy 4-5 years old. Some of our clothes are made to be loose fit and some a tighter fit. 

We also have some European sizing that is cut generously so please keep that in mind as well.
